Not for the first time in a book publication will appear with one of my photographs. Against the background of their own years of addressing issues of health law and questions of medicine at the borderline of human life (beginning and end), I am always particularly when such cover or illustrations on just such topics appear in print.

It illustrates in March in Mabuse Verlag appearing new book by Elisabeth Reitinger and Sigrid Beyer is entitled "gender-sensitive culture in hospice and palliative care for the elderly" was published.
Elisabeth Reitinger is a psychologist and social and economic scientist. She works as an assistant professor at the IFF - Faculty for Interdisciplinary Studies, Department of Palliative Care and organizational ethics in the Alps-Adriatic University of Klagenfurt.
Sigrid Beyer is an educator, sociologist, project manager and gender expert. She is employed as project manager and researcher in the Hospice Federation of Austria and working freelance in the project Gender Care of the IFF.
They deal in the band appearing in March 2010 with gender issues, which they describe as central to any caregiving relationship, including palliative care and terminal care. The band has set itself the goal of practical and theoretical reasoning possibilities of a gender-sensitive hospice and palliative culture to explore in the elderly and to open new perspectives on the victims and their families, to professionals and structures in the aged.
The book contains among other posts by Catherine Groening, Gertrud M. Backes, Martina Wolfinger and Manfred Lange Hennig.
